Consultations
Two consultations are required before any surgical procedure, in line with international best practice and Singapore MOH recommendations
First consultation: $200-250
Explore your concerns, assess suitability, and discuss all options including non-surgical alternatives or no treatment at all.
Second consultation: $0 (if you wish to proceed)
Surgical planning, photography, consent, and finalising your treatment plan. Minimum one week after first consultation.
Your consultation is an investment in understanding your options. It is NOT a sales pitch.
Surgical Fees
Surgeon fees only. Consultation and aftercare package fees are charged separately. All prices are in SGD and exclude GST.
As with the majority of modern plastic surgery, I perform all of my procedures in Day Surgery centres only. This represents not only further cost savings to patients as inpatient admissions and round the clock nursing care are not necessary, it also reduces the risk of hospital acquired infections.
Anaesthesia and facility fees however, are still required by Day surgery centres. They have advised this to be approximately 30 to 40% of the total surgeon fee (the difference, if any, will then be refunded); medications (if required) may be charged separately.

Revision surgery is priced at approximately 30-50% above primary fees, reflecting increased complexity, operating time, and technical demand.
If the procedure you are considering is not listed above, please enquire directly. Fees for unlisted procedures will be discussed transparently at consultation.
Combining procedures is possible (e.g. brachioplasty + abdominoplasty) and often more cost-effective than individual pricing. If you are considering multiple procedures, please enquire directly for a personalised quote.
Worked Examples
What Does It Actually Cost?
Most quotes you will encounter cover surgeon fees, anaesthesia, and facility only - some before GST, and others excluding consultations or follow-up care. The examples below show the realistic total cost of your care under Dr Ng from first consultation through to 12-month follow-up, so you can plan accordingly with no surprises.

These are illustrative estimates. Your personalised quote will be provided at the end of your first consultation to help you decide if you'd like to proceed. Medications (if necessary) may be charged separately by the facility.
Aftercare
All surgical patients are required to complete the full aftercare programme. This ensures your recovery is monitored personally by Dr Ng at every stage.
5 mandatory visits:

Day 1 or 2 post-op (in clinic or home visit)

1 week (usually for stitch removal)

6 months (intermediate to final result)

From 6 weeks onwards, depending on individual circumstances, teleconsultations can replace clinic visits. The package fee is non-refundable for unutilised visits.
Not included: post-operative garments, physiotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), red light therapy, or other adjunct recovery treatments. Referrals arranged only when clinically indicated.
Unlike surgery abroad, your actual care doesn't end in the operating theatre. Day 1 or 2 post-operative review can be conducted as a home visit if preferred (no extra charge) because the mornings after surgery are when questions are greatest, and you deserve direct access to your surgeon.
Revision Policy
Within the first year following surgery, surgeon fees for revision will be waived where revision is objectively clinically indicated. Anaesthesia and facility fees remain payable (please note, this does not go to the surgeon). After 12 months, standard fees as above apply.
Reconstructive & Hand Surgery Cases
Fees for reconstructive and hand surgical procedures (i.e medically indicated cases) are determined with reference to the Table of Surgical Procedures (TOSP) published by the Ministry of Health Singapore. Medisave and insurance claimability will be discussed at consultation where applicable.

A deposit of $2,000 is required to secure your surgery date

Deposits are refundable minus a $100 administrative fee if cancelled more than 3 weeks before the procedure date

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 3 weeks of the procedure date

Full payment is due before the procedure (this is a Day Surgery facility requirement)
