Plastic Surgery Fees & Prices in Singapore

What to Expect

Consultations

I require at least two consultations (see below) before any cosmetic surgical procedure, in line with international best practice. Singapore MOH also recommends a cooling off period of at least 1 week (mandatory for liposuction; except for foreign tourists) and up to 10 days for procedures requiring sedation or general anaesthesia. During this time, the patient is also advised to seek a second opinion before proceeding.

First consultation: $250 (30 to 45 minutes)

Explore your concerns, assess suitability, and discuss all options including non-surgical alternatives or no treatment at all.

Second consultation: $0 (if you wish to proceed) (20 to 30 minutes)

Surgical markings, photography and consent. Minimum one week after first consultation (see above).

Your consultation is an investment in understanding your options. It is NOT a sales pitch. You will see me, your plastic surgeon, at every appointment - not a coordinator, not a nurse, not a salesperson.

All fees listed upfront (see below for examples). You will receive a detailed quote with no hidden costs.

Cosmetic Surgery Fees

As with modern plastic surgery, I perform my major procedures (e.g. face and necklift, breast reduction, abdominoplasty) in Day Surgery centres (aka Ambulatory Surgery Centre). This represents not only further cost savings to patients as inpatient admissions and round-the-clock nursing care in hospital are not necessary, it also reduces the risk of hospital-acquired infections.

Anaesthesia and facility fees however, are still required by Day surgery centres. They have advised this to be approximately 40% of the total surgeon fee (the difference, if any, will then be refunded); take-home medications (e.g. painkillers, antibiotics), if required, will be charged separately.

Some minor procedures such as certain types of eyelid, brow, liposuction, fat grafting and rhinoplasty (e.g. tip or dorsum-only) cases can be done safely in clinic (as per MOH) and can represent substantial cost savings (of up to 40%). Suitability will be determined during consultation.

Prices below are my surgeon fees-only (in SGD and exclude GST) for the various procedures I perform. Consultations and follow-up visits are charged separately.

Revision surgery is priced at approximately 30-50% above primary fees, reflecting increased complexity, pre-operative planning, operating time, and technical demand.

These are illustrative estimates. Your personalised quote will be provided at the end of your first consultation to help you decide if you'd like to proceed. Post-operative medications (if necessary) are charged separately by the facility.

Every patient’s anatomy and goals are different. Dr Ng will discuss the best approach for you during your consultation.

Aftercare

All surgical patients are required to complete the full aftercare programme. This ensures your recovery is monitored personally by me at every stage.

4 post-operative follow-up visits:

  • Day 1 or 2 (clinic or house visit, if preferred)

  • 1-2 weeks (usually for stitch removal, depending on procedure)

  • 2-3 months (early-intermediate result)

  • 6-12 months (final result)

Depending on individual circumstances, video consultations can replace clinic visits. The aftercare fee is non-refundable for unutilised visits.

Unlike surgery abroad, your actual care doesn't end in the operating theatre. Day 1 or 2 post-operative review can be conducted as a home visit if preferred (no extra charge) because the mornings after surgery are when questions are greatest, and you deserve direct access to your surgeon.

Post-operative garments, physiotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), red light therapy, or other adjunct recovery treatments may be required as clinically indicated.

Revision Policy

Within the first year following surgery, surgeon fees for revision will be waived where revision is objectively clinically indicated. Anaesthesia and facility fees remain payable (please note, this does not go to the surgeon). After 12 months, standard fees as above apply.

Payment

  • A deposit of $2,000 is required to secure your surgery date

  • Deposits are refundable minus a $100 administrative fee if cancelled more than 3 weeks before the procedure date

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 2 weeks of the procedure date

  • Full payment is due before the procedure (this is a Day Surgery facility requirement)

  • PayNow and bank transfers accepted

Transparent pricing. No hidden costs. No surprises. No salespeople. Just honest surgery and practice.

Reconstructive & Hand Surgery Cases

Fees for reconstructive and hand surgical procedures (i.e medically indicated cases) are determined with reference to the Table of Surgical Procedures (TOSP) published by the Ministry of Health Singapore. Medisave and insurance claimability will be discussed at consultation where applicable.

To ensure I can dedicate my full focus to your surgical care as a solo practitioner, I do not participate in insurance panels at ZNG Plastic Surgery. However, for medically-appropriate cases (such as urgent lacerations or necessary cyst/mole removals etc.), I can assist with the necessary documentation to facilitate your insurance claims after your procedure and clinical care is completed

My previous patients have all successfully been reimbursed with 80 to 100% of their total bill, depending on their individual plan. For this, I have attended a course on medicolegal report writing. Therefore, I will require an administrative fee (from $50) depending on the complexity of the paperwork, as this is extra work and time required of me, to help with your claims.

Non-Surgical Aesthetics Fees

Many patients are keen to explore non-surgical aesthetics but are often confused and unsure of what they want or need. For those who are set on certain treatments, sometimes there are alternatives that they may not be aware of, or considered before. That is why a consultation is the starting point, rather than an ala carte menu of treatment offerings. Regardless, my goal is to help you look yourself, refreshed and not someone else through a combination of fillers and botulinum toxin.

Fees (consultation included):

Facial Rejuvenation - $1,500 (choose one of the following)

  • Up to 1ml hyaluronic acid filler + up to 50 units botulinum toxin

  • Up to 100 units botulinum toxin (e.g. microbotox of face & neck, or masseters + upper/lower face)

  • Up to 1ml hyaluronic acid filler only (including non-surgical rhinoplasty)

Body Contouring with Botulinum Toxin - $2,000-3,000 (choose one of the following)

  • Trapezius reduction (Traptox / Barbietox) - for shoulder and neck slimming

  • Calf slimming - gastrocnemius reduction

Such treatment requires higher unit doses (typically 200–300 units) so exact dosing and fees determined at consultation based on muscle bulk assessment

For other non-surgical aesthetic treatments not listed above, including lasers, chemical peels, and microneedling, please enquire directly.
