Welcome!
Toxins

How Does It Work?
Botulinum toxin works by gently relaxing the muscles that create wrinkles. This smooths out lines on the face and usually lasts 3–4 months.
When used as microbotox, the injections are placed very superficially in the skin rather than into the muscle. This can improve skin quality, reduce oiliness, and provide a subtle lifting effect.

-
Microbotox: smoother skin, reduces oil production, gentle lift (face, forehead)

Excessive sweating (palms, scalp, armpits)
-

Facial paralysis/synkinesis
Treatment at a Glance

Top 5 Questions I’m Asked
1. Is “preventive” really a thing?
Some call it preventive. In reality, botulinum toxin works best on lines that appear with movement. For very deep, “static” lines, results are less dramatic.
2. Will my muscles shrink permanently?
No. The body naturally reconnects the treated muscle after a few months, which is why results last around 3–4 months.
3. Are the different brands very different?
Not significantly. While marketed differently, most work in a similar way. The choice usually comes down to doctor preference and patient trust in the brand.
4. If I slim my jaw muscles too much, will I look saggy?
With proper technique, this is very unlikely. Rare issues like “bulging” usually come from incorrect injection placement (leading to paradoxical hypertrophy) or naturally heavy tissue (wrong indication).
5. Does using my muscles more make the effect wear off faster?
Not really. The results tend to last the same length of time, regardless of how much you move the area.
